Encourage longer bookings by offering discounts for weekly or monthly stays.

Guest House
Guest houses typically offer a range of amenities and a homely atmosphere. Pricing should reflect the comfort and services provided.
Daily Rate
60,000 XAF
For short-term stays
Weekly Rate
360,000 XAF
10% discount for stays of a week or more
Monthly Rate
1,800,000 XAF
33% discount for long-term stays
How We Collect Our Share
Guest House, Furnished Apartment, and Co-working Space
For these categories, the user pays directly to Roof. We collect a 10% service fee and send your balance within 24 hours.
Our agents ensure that the user is in the property before releasing the funds to you.
Other Categories
For other categories, users send a visit request. If the visit is successful and the user rents the property, we collect a 5% commission from the first month's rent. This commission is paid by the owner/agent/host.
When creating a property listing, the owner sets their visit charges (if any). If visit charges are set, our service fees are collected from these charges. If no visit charges are set by the owner, we collect a service fee of 2,000 XAF directly from the client. Our agents are always present during visits to ensure smooth communication between owners and potential clients.
